2 COMMISSIONING
2.1 Safety instructions for commissioning
The general safety instructions in the KBH mounting instructions (ID no. W2509224/00) have to be read and
obeyed!
2.2 Installation
NOTICE!
The following installation distances have to be observed (also see “Schleifleitung montieren” in the KBH
mounting instructions):

Hanging distances max. 2000 mm
ɻ
The first and last hanger have to be min.
250 mm and max. 500 mm from the ends of the straight sections.
ɻ
The distance between the sliding hangers and the connecting material, the end caps, feed terminals etc.
has to be min. 250 mm to max. 500 mm to not hinder expansion.
Installing the quick console
Assembly steps:
1. Push the quick console onto the flange surface of
the support in such a way that the base plate is
below and the safety clamp above it.
Fastening the quick console
Required tools:

Torque wrench, size 13
Assembly steps:
1. Tighten the screws to a
torque of 10 Nm.
NOTICE!
ɻ
The quick console has to be fastened parallel to
the flange surfaces of the support.
ɻ
The fastening screws have to be against the
edge of the support.
ɻ
The console can be installed at the upper or low-
er flange of the support - the safety clamp always
has to be above the flange surface.
