Information and Session Management Commands
The following commands are available for CLISH help and session management:

history
Returns the most recently issued commands from the current Telnet session. Since many of the
programs read user input a line at a time, the command history is used to keep track of these lines and
recall historic information.
Synopsis
history <limit>
Options
<limit>
Integer value specifying the maximum number of
commands to return.
Examples
history
Displays the current command buffer.
history 5
Sets the history command buffer to remember the last 5 unique entries.

information
You can navigate the command history using the up and down arrow keys.
This command supports the expansion functionality from which previous
commands can be recalled from within a single session. History expansion is
performed immediately after a complete line is read.
Examples of history expansion:
* !!
Substitute the last command line.
* !4
Substitute the 4th command line (absolute as per ’history’ command)
* !-3
Substitute the command line entered 3 lines before (relative)
help
Displays an overview of the CLI syntax.
