original spare parts. All partners and distributors around the world are part of
the service network and shall take measures to reach customer satisfaction.

Only spare parts, specified by Producer shall be used to replace defect ones.
Component boards will be repaired only at Producer.

Warranty will be revoked from the unit, if actions of the repair have been done
without proper authorisation from Producer.

4.2 Materials

4.2.1 Stock of spare units

Partners will store spare units needed for service purposes for fast response
of service calls.  The stock of the spare should be at least one the biggest
power size unit of all mechanical sizes in range up to 90kW (…M7). Producer
will compensate stock of spare units in case of unit under manufacturer’s
warranty has been delivered to replace of the defective
unit.

4.2.2 Stock of spare parts

Service locations will store spare parts based on units sold and needed for
service in their market / service area. If needed the Producer helps to select
needed spares.

The spare parts will be stored properly to prevent material loss due to
mishandling or -stocking.

NOTE! Always protect components and printed circuit boards from ESD in any
phase of process by following general ESD instructions.
