7.8 Programme selection with childproof lock activated
To operate the appliance with the childproof lock activated, follow the instruc-
tions given in this section. However, please note that when activated the child-
proof lock can only be overridden by pressing two buttons at the same time.
After closing the lid
– When the childproof lock is activated (see 'User settings'),

– The indicator lights for the programme selection buttons flash.
Selecting main programme
Childproof lock
Hold the desired programme selection button, e.g. , depressed and at
the same time press the button.
– The appliance can now be operated without regard to the childproof
lock until the programme starts.
Opening the lid during operation
Hold the button depressed and at the same time press the button.
