Child safety function
The child safety function is meant to prevent the appliance being switched on
unintentionally.
Activating the child safety function
The appliance must not be in operation.
A
Press the button and the "-" position of the left slider and hold them for
3 seconds.
– The
indicator is illuminated.
It is not possible to switch the appliance on when the child safety function is
activated.
Switching off the child safety function
The appliance must not be in operation.
A
Press the button and the "-" position of the left slider and hold them for
3 seconds.
– The
indicator goes off.
Signal tone
When you operate a button or slider, a signal tone sounds, confirming your
entry (factory setting). You can switch the signal tone on and off.
Signal tone ON/OFF
The appliance must not be in operation.
A
Press the button and the "-" position of the right-hand slider and hold
them for 3 seconds.
– You will hear a signal tone for confirmation.
When you switch the appliance off, the last setting is preserved.
You cannot switch the signal tone on or off as long as the child safety
function is activated.
