Select stored recipe and start 
associated program

Select a recipe from the separate «Recipe book».
Prepare dish according to recipe and place in oven.

Program selection example «Gemüsegratin»:

– The oven starts with the corresponding settings. 

A brief acoustic signal is given when changing between the
individual program steps.

A long, intermittent acoustic signal sounds for one minute
when the program has ended.

Insert or remove food probe depending on the program, otherwise the start will not take
place.
