If no dishwasher is available:
▸ Clean the grease filters
2 in the sink with hot water and detergent.
▸ Then soak the grease filters 2 in hot water in the sink for about two hours and finally
clean with a washing-up brush. Rinse well with clean cold water.
– The cleaned grease filters 2 are ready for use again.
▸ Clean the outside of the collection tray 1 with a warm, damp cloth and a little deter-
gent, then wipe dry well with kitchen paper.
Installing
▸ Reassemble in the reverse order.
▸ Make sure that the grip

grease filter faces upwards.

Resetting the saturation indicator for the metal grease filters
▸ With the appliance switched off, hold the button depressed for 3 seconds to reset
the saturation indicator .

4.3 Recirculation box with activated charcoal filters
An activated charcoal filter becomes less effective with use. With normal use, the recircu-
lation box should be replaced every 2 years or whenever the saturation indicator
illu-
minates. It cannot be washed or regenerated.
