The extractor fan has 3 power levels:

1 = low, 2 = medium, 3 = high capacity

Levels 1 and 2 are suitable for longer periods of use.

Level 3 (high) is used for short, intensive extraction of fumes, e.g. when fry-
ing. It should then be switched back to level 1 or 2.
