Cooling circuit
The cooling circuit must only be repaired in a suitably equipped workshop!
The work space must be well ventilated!
Follow soldering regulations and R600a hazard warnings.
Always replace desiccant cartridge.
When installing compressors in new or existing cooling systems, all applicable safety regulations concerning
the handling of flammable and explosive substances must be observed.

Evacuating the refrigerant
After suctioning off a R600a circuit and before any soldering work, the
system must be flooded with dry nitrogen – and NOT with air – to prevent
the formation of an explosive mixture!
The suction and evacuation should take at least 30 minutes.
It is important to earth the suction and evacuation equipment to prevent
explosion.
Caution: Danger of explosion
A vacuum pump is required for suctioning off the
refrigerant.
