Simmer function
The precision of the simmer function depends on the cookware used. Water can
start to boil. If this is the case, we recommend the pan lid be left off when using
the simmer function.
For locations over 1,500 meters above sea level, it is generally recommended the
pan lid be left off when using the simmer function.
With the simmer function
, sausages, dumplings and stuffed pasta, for instance, can
be cooked in hot water, just below boiling point.

PowerPlus
All the cooking zones are equipped with the PowerPlus booster.
When PowerPlus is switched on, the cooking zone selected works at extra high power
for 10 minutes. PowerPlus can be used, for instance, to heat a large quantity of water
quickly.
