Descaling failed.
Appliance was not descaled.
Possible cause
Solution

Used unsuitable descaler.
▸ Descale again using the recommended descaler.

Descaling was not carried out
correctly.
▸ If the message does not disappear after repeating
the descaling process several times, note down
the error message in full and the serial number
(SN; see identification plate).
▸ Call Customer Services.

Please fill with water
The water tank is ejected, if activated, but is still full of water.
Possible cause
Solution

Boiler filling error
▸ Push the water tank back and wait for water to be
pumped off.
▸ If the error appears again, note down the error
message in full along with the serial number (SN;
see identification plate).
▸ Call Customer Services.

Brief power failure during operation

Brief power failure during descaling

Prolonged power failure

The appliance goes through its initial set-up process after a prolonged power failure.
However, only the language and time need to be reset to enable the appliance to be op-
erated again. It is not necessary to make any other settings.
