The large grill is suitable for grilling a large
amount of flat food and for grilling with the rotis-
serie spit or the roasting basket, as well as for
gratinating large dishes.
Use the wire shelf for grilling flat food and for
putting tins on.

The small grill is especially suitable for grilling
small amounts of flat food and for gratinating in
an energy-saving way.
When grilling, heat is transferred from the red hot heating element by infrared
radiation.
The small grill uses the inner heating element only; the large grill also uses top
heat.
