Se ci deve contattare per un’anomalia di funzionamento o per trasmetterci un’ordinazione, voglia sempre
indicarci il numero di fabbricazione (FN) e la denominazione del suo apparecchio. Annoti queste indica-
zioni qui di seguito, come pure sull’autoadesivo di servizio fornito con l’apparecchio. Incolli l’autoadesivo
in un luogo ben visibile o nella sua agenda telefonica.
Questi dati figurano sul certificato di garanzia, sulla fattura originale e sulla targhetta dei dati.
Aprire la porta dell’apparecchio.
– La targhetta dei dati si trova nella parte interna a destra.
In caso di anomalie di funzionamento può rivolgersi al più vicino Centro di servizio della V-ZUG SA tele-
fonando al numero gratuito 0800 850 850.
Domande, ordinazioni, contratto di servizio
Per domande e problemi di ordine amministrativo o tecnico, così come per ordinazioni di pezzi di ricambio
e accessori, voglia rivolgersi direttamente alla sede principale a Zug, tel. 041 767 67 67.
Alla scadenza della garanzia, per tutti i nostri prodotti il cliente ha la possibilità di stipulare un contratto di
servizio. Le inviamo volentieri la relativa documentazione.

Repair service
Whether you contact us for repairs or orders, please always state the serial number (FN) and the name of
the appliance. Enter these details below and also on the service sticker which comes with the appliance.
Stick it in a cospicuous place or in your telephone agenda.
You will also find said details on the certificate of guarantee, the original sales invoice and the identification
plate of the appliance
Open the appliance door.
– The identification plate is located on the right-hand inside.
If the appliance is not working properly, contact your nearest V-ZUG LTD service centre using freephone
0800 850 850 and stand in close proximity to the appliance.

For administrative or technical queries or problems, as well as for ordering spare parts and accessories, please
contact our head office in Zug on tel. 041 767 67 67.
As regards the maintenance of all our products, when the warranty expires you have the option of taking out
a service agreement. We will be happy to send you the necessary forms.
