Temperature inside is too
warm
An appliance door has been left open too long or has not
been closed correctly.
An obstacle has been keeping an appliance door open.
The appliance has insufficient clearance at the sides
(rear and top).
Temperature inside is too
cold
Increase the temperature setting.
Appliance door is difficult to
close
Check whether something inside is preventing the door
from closing.
Check whether the top of the refrigerator is tilted back by
10–15 mm to allow the doors to self-close.
Water dripping onto the floor
When the appliance is switched off, melted ice cubes in
the ice bucket may cause water to drip onto the floor.
The water pan (located at the bottom of the appliance
towards the rear) is not properly levelled, or the draining
spout underneath the top of the compressor depot is not
properly positioned to direct water into this pan, or the
water spout is blocked, or the water is not being fully
directed into the connector. Pull the appliance away from
the wall to check the pan, spout and connector.
LED lighting not working
The control system has deactivated the lighting due to a
door being left open too long. Close and reopen the door
to reactivate the lighting.
The LED lighting is damaged. Contact Customer Services.
