3.4 Countdown C alorie training mode: in standby mode, press the “MODE” button 3 times, the Calories window display will flash ,
the default setting display s 100CAL, press the +,- button to set the required value . The setting range: 20-990CAL.
Press the “START” button to begin exercising. T he start up speed is 0.8KM/H , press SPEED+/- to increase or decrease the speed.
When the c ountdown C alories reach 0, the treadmill will stop automatically.
3.5 P rogram me mode : Press the P rogram me "P" button and select between P1-P7 . Once selected, the Time Window
will flash. The default setting is 30:00 minutes. Press the +/- button to change the Time between: 5-99 minutes.
Press the “START” button to begin exercising. When the countdown Time reaches 00:00, the treadmill will stop automatically.
You can change the Programme data at any point during the exercise, p ress the + / - button.
