Herculean Home Gym Trainer

It is IMPERATIVE that the Leg
Unit Stabiliser Plate (21) is
removed when performing ANY
TYPE of Leg Unit exercise other
wise serious injury could occur.

Note

INSTRUCTIONS:- STAGE E

Fit 2 x M12 x 29mm od Metal Bushes (85) into the Leg Unit (20) and then fit this into the bracket in the
Seat Support Frame (18) using 1 x M12 x 80mm Hex Bolt (68), 2 x M12 x 24mm od Flat Washers (75),
and 1 x M12 Nylon Locknut (80). Cap the UPPER and LOWER ends of the Leg Unit with 2 x 2” Int
Square Caps (52).

Fit a Leg Unit Roller Bar (22) to the top hole in the Seat Support Frame (18) and slide on 2 x Leg Unit
Foam Rollers (36). Repeat the operation for the lower hole in the Leg Unit (20). Cap the exposed Roller
Bar ends with 4 x 1” Round Caps (48) securing in place with a little household adhesive if desired.

To aid stability during seated or upright rowing exercises fit the Leg Unit Stabiliser Plate (21) into the
lower round hole in the Leg Unit (20) and secure using the Stabiliser Lock Pin (89). Cap the top of the
Leg Unit Stabiliser Plate (21) with 1 x 2” Int Square Cap (52) and the round tube end with 1 x 1” Round
Cap (48).
