6 Planning a Nitrox-dive

6.2 Calculation of the mixture for a given depth (Best Mix)

1.Activate the dive-planner and observe the maximum depth displayed.

2.If the desired depth is reached or exceeded, leave the dive-planner, alter the

portion of oxygen and return to the scrolling no-stop times. Repeat this pro-
cedure until the desired depth occurs as maximum depth.

3.In ready-mode, the ideal portion of oxygen for this depth is indicated.
