Solution
Calls can not go
through
1. SIM Card wrongly installed or GSM
antenna is not fastened
Move to a place with good signal.
2. GSM signal is weak because of your
local GSM coverage is poor
Test again in a place with strong GSM signal. The red
LED should be flashing.
GPS is not
locating
1. GPS is not fix because of bad weather or
under trees or tall buildings or indoor.
Move to an open air where you can see the GREEN color
inside the red flashing LED.
2. Check the installation of GPS antenna
Fasten GPS antenna and put it outside your car or move it
near glasses. Better to put it in dashboard.
3. Metal stuff is covering the GPS antenna
Move away the metal stuff.
No reply after
sending a SMS
command
1. Write a wrong SMS command or wrong
format.
Check the SMS content to make sure it is correct SMS
2. SMS is blacked or traffic jam
Restart the GPS tracker and wait a moment
3. Power off or no GSM signal
Power on and check GSM reception
Can not get SMS
