CDM9200VW User Guide

TXT messages, PIX messages, and the voice mail box are
available as soon as the phone is powered on.

Through Messaging you can:

Check types of messages by pressing the message key

Make a call to the callback number by pressing
during a message check.

Read and edit messages saved in the sent folder during
transmission and sends them.

New Message Alert

There are two ways your phone alerts you to new messages.

1. The phone displays the message on the screen.

2. The message icon is displayed on the display screen.

If the message is urgent, the icon will flash and Urgent
Message will appear.

New TXT Msg [

]

Allows you to send text messages, pages, and e-mail
transmissions. Each message has a destination (Address 1)
and information (Message). These are dependent upon the type
of message you want to send.

The Basics of Sending a Message

1. Press Left Soft Key

, select

[New TXT Msg].

2. Enter the phone number of the recipient or the e-mail address

for an e-mail message.

3. Press
