Basic Operations
Locking the phone
You can lock the phone so that you do not accidentally press any keys
when carrying the phone while it is switched on.
Press the
key until the key mark is
shown on the display.
While the phone is locked, you cannot per-
form any operation other than those listed
below:
• Press the
key to answer an incoming
call.
• Unlock the phone.
Unlocking the phone
Press the
key until the key mark disap-
pears from the display.
The phone is unlocked and you can perform
all operations.
