UTILIBOND - WHMIS 

 
 
WARNING! 
Corrosive. Harmful if inhaled or swallowed.  May strongly irritate or burn the 
eye.  May  cause  skin  burn  upon  prolonged  contact  or  when  moisture  is 
present. Contains particles, which may cause lung damage if inhaled in large 
quantities. Contains substances that may cause cancer. 
 
PRECAUTIONS: 
Wear full protective equipment during handling. Use in well-ventilated area. 
Avoid breathing dust. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid and 
control  operations  which  create  dust.  Avoid  wet  or  humid  conditions.  Keep 
away  from  acids  and  incompatibles.  Wash  thoroughly  after  handling.  Keep 
container tightly closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated 
area, away from incompatibles. 
 
FIRST AID: 
If  inhaled,  remove  victim  to  fresh  air.  Obtain  medical  attention.  For  skin 
contact,  immediately  wash  skin  with  soap  and  water.  Obtain  medical 
attention. If in contact with eyes, immediately flush eyes with running water 
for at least 20 minutes. Obtain medical attention immediately. If ingested, do 
not induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention.
