Control and configuration via
monitor or TV
If you have chosen to use the kit by connecting a monitor or colour TV with next-generation HDMI port to the NVR,
you can use the NVR menu to configure the system and view the images. You can interact with the system using
the mouse included.
Control and configuration via PC
By connecting the NVR to your home LAN using an Ethernet 10/100 Mbps cable (not included) connected to the
RJ45 port you can control the system from PC or remotely, if the LAN is connected to the Internet.
After having configured NVR and cameras on the network, the NVR can be connected using the Internet browser
of the PC. The PC workstation must be connected to the LAN to which the NVR is connected.
In order to establish a connection to the NVR find the NVR IP address using the NVR menu page - network,
then input http:// followed by the NVR IP address in the internet browser navigation bar, for example in Internet
Explorer.
