Fix the plastic base to the door or window using at least 2 self-tapping screws >3,5 mm and verify the
base forms a solid block with the surface to be protected.

Put back the printed circuit board on the base and fix it.
8.
Connect the device to the alarm control panel and close the lid.

Positive supply related alarm memory input terminal (do not connect directly to Urmet
control panel).
CONFIGURATION
At first power up of the sensor the green LED blinks for approximately 10 seconds and during this time the
self-calibrating phase is performed (Jumper Range select
– on).
To set sensitivity, turn VR1 trimmer in anticlockwise direction and hit the middle of the surface to be
protected. If the led lights up red or orange, remove selection jumper and select the low sensitivity range
(low). Increase progressively the sensitivity by turning VR1 in clockwise direction. After each setting hit
again the middle of the area and check the led colour. The red led indicates the right sensitivity. If the led
turns green, the sensitivity is too low and must be increased. If the led turns orange, the sensitivity is too
high and must be reduced.
