DANGER! Unusual noises during braking and/or a noticeable change of the braking force are indications that the
brake pads are worn down. Check the brake pads and replace them, if necessary.

Unimoke comes standard with hydraulic disc brakes both front and rear. Disc brakes consist of the brake calliper, the
rotor/ disk, the hyraulic tubing and the brake lever. Actuating the brake lever compresses the hydraulic pistons through
hydraulic pressure pushing the brake pads against the rotor. The friction generated by braking causes wear to the brake
pads as well as to the rotors.
