CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
As with most outdoor wooden structures, treatment of the wood is
recommended to ensure the longevity and beauty of your rabbit hutch.
This rabbit hutch has been pre-treated with an animal-friendly wood
preservative. It is highly recommended that you re-treat the wood with a
high quality varnish or animal-friendly wood preservative after assembly.
Also re-treat the wood annually.
This rabbit hutch was designed with various access points for easy cleaning
and maintenance. The pull-out floor trays provides a simple solution for
quick daily cleaning.
If used during the winter season, we recommend removing the accumulated
snow on the roof on a regular basis.
WARRANTY
Every rabbit hutch is tested before it leaves the factory. The main structure,
parts and accessories are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for
one
year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear, or aging. If the product should fail to operate correctly within one
year from the date of purchase, please follow the warranty claim procedure
below before going to the store. The store clerk should call customer
service at 1-800-459-4409 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., CST) for an
authorization number, to request a credit note.
This warranty is intended for the original purchaser only and is non-
transferable. This warranty is void if, in the opinion of Quality Craft, the
product has been tampered with, altered, misused, damaged, or abused.
The warranty is for
domestic use only
and does not cover product used
in commercial or industrial situations, or intensive usage. This coop must
be used in compliance with your local bylaws, and Quality Craft will not be
responsible for any changes or modifications.
