< max ‐ rate > Maximum uplink bandwidth ;unit :kbps ;valid value:0 ‐ 100000;

Appoint speed limit’s packet type with value as follows: Broadcast;
broadcastAndMulticast;
broadcastMulticastAndFloodedUnicast;
all
