Troubleshooting:
The speaker does not turn on?
Charge and turn on your speaker.
The speaker does not turn off or does not respond?
Reset the speaker. hold down the power button for 6 seconds to automatically reset the speaker and turn it off.
There is no sound?
Adjust the volume.
Make sure your Bluetooth device is within range.
Make sure there are no obstacles in the way that could block / disturb the signal.
Check with the Bluetooth connection of the device that the speaker is connected to the device. Move the device closer to the speaker or try to remove obstacles
between them.
Is there poor sound quality?
Disconnect other connected devices and try again.
You can force an interruption by moving out of Bluetooth range (10 m).
Can't connect the device to the speaker?
To avoid damaging the performance of the product, please charge your device at least every 3 months
