If you are roasting on the rack, place a baking sheet on the
bottom to pick up the drops. Put some water on the baking sheet
for easy cleaning.

Foods that are not suitable for roasting can cause fires. Do not
place food on top of the oven. This is the hottest area and
especially fatty foods could burn easily.

If you are cooking some type of cake and you notice that it is
burning on top, cover the cake with aluminum foil and place the
tray or rack in a lower position. Reduce the temperature and
increase the baking time.
