To light the griller burner press control knob in and turn anti-clockwise to high (H).
Light by applying the flame onto the ports situated on either side of the griller burner, starting from the
rear and moving to the front.
The griller control valve is provided with a low position. You can regulate the strength of the flame by
turning the griller control knob to any position between high and low.
CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN THAT IN REGULATING THE GRILLER, THE FLAME DOES NOT GO OUT.
A)
When using the top griller for toasting, the best results will be obtained by placing the rack with long
feet to the bottom.
B)
When grilling meat turn the rack around with the short feet to the bottom, for best results.
It is advisable when grilling to put about 10mm of water in the grill pan. This will prevent the accumulation
of fat in the bottom of the pan and smoke in the kitchen.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT turn on the gas and then look for means to light the griller. The accumulation of gas can be the
cause of an explosion.
To light the burners press control knob in and turn anti-clockwise to high (H) then light.
Reset to any position between high and low to obtain the required strength of the flame.
Place your cooking utensil centrally on the burner and do not allow the flame to extend beyond the bottom
of the cooking utensil as this adds no heat to the pot and gas is being wasted.
To simmer turn control knob gently from high position anti-clockwise until low position.
To switch off from low position press knob in and turn clockwise to off position.
IMPORTNT: DO NOT turn on the gas then look for means to light the griller.
The accumulation of gas can be of an explosion.
