Assembly

Your new fan has been shipped partially assembled to reduce wastage of
packaging material, paper cartons and weight. Follow the drawing above to
assemble it; the illustration opposite shows how all the parts fit together.

1.        Take out the base screw and nut ( 18 and 22 ) from the small plastic
bag to connect column ( 17 ) , base( 20 ) and base weight ( 21 ) together
and tighten screws .
2.        Loosen the column nut (16) at the top of the column and pull out the
extension pole to the desired height, or all the way to the top for maximum
height (you may have to push it up from the bottom if it is tight or stuck). At
the desired height, turn the column nut clockwise to tighten securely.

3.    Lightly loosen the hand for column (15), attach the fan body to the top
of the extension column. Push the body down as far as possible and then
tighten securely with the set screw.

4.    Unscrew guard lock (8) and remove it from the motor shaft.
5.    Position  the  rear  guard  (9)  through  the  motor shaft  against  the  motor
housing,  placing  the  vertical  holes  in  the  guard  over  the  two  pins  on  the
housing.  Make  sure  the  handle  is  on  top.  Screw  on  the  guard  lock  in
clockwise direction to hold the rear guard securely in place.
6.    Place the blade(7) on the motor shaft. Secure the blade with the blade
lock(6), turning it anticlockwise to tighten.
7.    Assemble  the  logo  ring  (1)  on  front  guard  (2)  ,  then  assemble  front
guard and rear guard together by tighten the guard nut .    Finally assemble
the safe screw and nut ( 3 and 4 ) at the bottom of guard.
