Assembly
Apply a small amount of loctite to the pins, screw in by hand and tighten from
the opposite side using a 2mm allen key - Torque to 4 N.m
Installation
Identify the RH and LH pedal by looking at handing of the thread, check the
crank arms a free of any dirt and there is no damage to the threads. Lightly
grease the axle thread, install the left hand pedal by turning counter clockwise
and turn clockwise for the right hand pedal. Tighten using an 8mm allen key to
35-40 N.m
Maintenance
We recommend using lithium based grease for the lubrication of our pedals.
The Igus bush is self lubricating but a very small amount of grease is added
when assembled. The bearings can be lubricated by removing the pedal end
cap using a 6mm Allen key, fill the cavity with grease and re install the end
cap. We have replacement bearing/bush Sets available on our website for
regular servicing along with specific tooling to help remove the bearings and
bushes.

manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from general use and damage as
a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or failure to perform maintenance
is not covered.
