Thank You for purchasing technique UNIT! Before operating, the appliance carefully
read this instruction and retain for the entire period of operation of the device.
Security measures
• Use the device only as directed and in accordance with the instruction manual.
• Make sure that the operating voltage of the kettle corresponds to the voltage in the electrical
network.
• Do not use the kettle near a bathtub, swimming pools or other containers filled with water.
• Do not use the kettle outdoors.
• Do not handle with wet hands to the body of kettle, the handle of the kettle or the mains plug.
• Do not leave the working kettle unattended.
• Place the kettle on a flat and stable surface; do not place the kettle on the edge of the table.
• Do not allow power cord hanging off the table, and make sure that it does not touch hot
surfaces.
• Do not use the kettle near sources of heat or open flame.
• Do not operate the kettle without water.
• Use the kettle only for boiling water, forbidden to heat or boil other liquids.
• Make sure that the water level in the kettle is not below the minimum mark or not above
maximum mark.
• Do not open the lid while boiling water.
• To prevent steam burns do not lean over spout of the working kettle.
• Do not touch hot surfaces of the kettle, hold only handle.
• Never remove a working kettle from the base. If you need to turn off the stove, unplug it and
remove the stand.
• To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the kettle and stand it in water or any other liquid.
• Do not place the kettle and stand it in the dishwasher.
• The kettle should be disconnecting from the network when not in use and before cleaning.
• To remove the plug from the socket, do not pull the cord but hold the plug.
• Store the device in areas inaccessible to children.
• Do not allow children to play with the kettle.
• Children and people with limited mental and physical capabilities do not intend this device
for use.
• Periodically check the insulation condition of power cord and power plug.
• Do not use the kettle if there is any visible damage or leakage.
• Do not attempt to repair the device. Upon detection of a fault, disconnect the unit from the
mains supply and contact the authorized service centre.
