Drill sharpening

Warning: 

Use diamond grinding wheels for drill sharpening.

Remove the saw blade housing 7

Using two screws 2 mount the support

4 on the saw blade support. To make

the installation easier, you may remove

the saw blade guide as well. 

Drill sharpening process (pic. 10).

1 Lifting screw

3 Fastening screw 

4 Swivel screw 

5 Chuck

7 Fastening screw 

8 Fastening screw

Place the drill 6 inside the chuck 5 and secure it in place. 

Turn the screw 1 and lift the drill support 2. Do not touch the drill. 

Loosen the fastening screws 7 and 8 and set the correct angle of the grinding wheel. 

Loosen three fastening screws on the arm as well. 

Release the screw 3 on the support 2. 

Turn the screw 4, located behind the arm and support, to align the drill with the grinding wheel. 

When finished, tighten all screws again. 

Switch the machine on and move the pole forward to sharpen the drill. 

When you sharpened one part of the drill tip, loosen the fastening screw and by turning the screw 4,

turn the drill to the next part of the tip. Then tighten the fastening screw 3 again.

Saw blade sharpening (pic. 1)

If you want to sharpen saw blade, you do not need to perform any adjustments because your machine is set

for saw blade sharpening from the factory. Please, pay attention to the following items:

Slide the axis of the saw blade 5, all the way inside the support of the saw blade 2. 

Firmly tighten the screw 3 to maintain precision during sharpening. 

Tighten and turn around all parts during assembly. 

Fix the guide 12 on the revolving base 20.
