Still Not Functioning As Desired
No Heating or Cooling
Is there anything blocking the air intake or outlets?
Remove the blockages
Check thermostat settings. Set heat or cool as desired. Set the fan to auto. Set temperature as desired.

If you have a programmable thermostat, see the thermostat to P Hold and adjust settings noted above
