OPERATION
MTX-8800
1. Before turning the unit on, set all LEVEL controls to mid position to avoid damage to the
hearing by a volume which is too high when turn the unit on.
2. Press the power switch to turn on the unit, the power indicator on the front panel lights up,
then turn on the other connected devices. Your PA amplifier should always be the last item to
turn on.
3. Adjust the desired volume ratio with the level controls.
4. Determine the balance of the input signal between the left and right outputs.
5. Turn off the unit via the power switch after operation.

Row CH-1
Stereo outputs or mono outputs 1-8
The signal of CH1 routed to each pair of stereo outputs. To add signal from the CH2 input to the
STEREO A outputs, use the level controls in the same zone (STEREO A / OUT 1-2) in the second
row CH2.
Create stereo mixes with the LEVEL and PAN controls on the front panel of the MTX-8800. Each
row on the front panel (e.g. CH1) corresponds to one input. Each zone on the front panel (e.g.
STEREO A / OUT 1-2) corresponds to a pair of stereo outputs. Use the LEVEL control to add
signal to each pair of stereo outputs. Use the PAN control to balance the signal between the left
and right outputs.
