Deactivate forwarding via the Forwarding Menu

The Presence menu is not available

Open the Forwarding menu.
Confirm. Forwarding is deactivated and the destination deleted.

Using call forwarding if no response
Calls which are not answered after three rings (=default, adjustable via Adminis-
trator) or calls which are incoming while you are on the phone can be automati-
cally forwarded to a phone you have predetermined.
Press the key if it is set up. The LED lights up.

If nec. Press Main Menu key.

Select "CFNR on".
Confirm. The Functions dialog opens.

Enter destination phone number.
• Enter the internal phone number for internal destinations
• For external destinations, enter the external code and the external phone
number
The phone number or name of the forwarding destination is displayed on the No-
tification area.
