Slide the battery
compartment cover down.

3.

Align the plastic connector of
the Nickel-Cadmium battery
pack with its socket and plug
it in.

4.

Place the battery pack inside
the battery compartment,
and slide the battery cover
back on.

Note:

The built-in Memory Backup feature allows up to 10 minutes to
disconnect the old battery pack and install a new one without
losing any phone numbers that may be stored in the telephone’s
memory.
