Activating AutoTalk (Handset only)
AutoTalk allows you to answer the phone simply by removing the handset from the cradle. You do not have to press
a button to answer the call.
Press [menu/clear] .
Select the HANDSET SETUP menu, and then the AUTOTALK submenu.
Select ON or OFF, and press
[select/ ] . You will hear a confirmation tone.
Activating Any Key Answer (Handset only)
Any Key Answer allows you to answer the phone by pressing any key on the dial pad.
Press [menu/clear] .
Select the HANDSET SETUP menu, and then the ANY KEY ANSWER submenu.
Select ON or OFF, and then press
[select/ ] . You will hear a confirmation tone.

Activating Clarity Boost for All Calls (Handset only)
Allows clarity boost feature to be turned on for all calls. See Using the Clarity Boost
Feature on page 36.

[menu/clear] .
2) Select the HANDSET SETUP menu, and then the CLARITY BOOST submenu.
3) Select ON or OFF, and then press [select/ ] . You will hear a confirmation tone.
The clarity boost feature uses additional battery power therefore talk time will be
reduced. Return handset to charger when not in use to keep battery fully charged.
