Effacer tous les messages du répertoire de l’afficheur

1.

Pour effacer tous les appels
que contient la mémoire des
appels, maintenez la touche
“

DELETE

” enfoncée pendant

3 secondes. Tout le répertoire
des appels sera effacé et
l’indication “

DEL ALL!

” (ef-

facer tous les appels)
apparaîtra à l’écran.

Utiliser l’afficheur de l’appel
en attente

Si un autre appel se fait entendre
pendant une conversation
téléphonique en cours, votre écran affichera le message “WAITING”
(appel en attente), dans le coin supérieur droit et les données de
l’appelant de cet appel seront affichées à l’écran ACL. Pour répondre
à l’appel en attente :
1.

Appuyez sur la touche du crochet commutateur “

FLASH

” afin

de mettre l’appel actuel en “attente” et répondre à l’appel en-
trant. Pour permuter entre les deux appels, appuyez de nouveau
sur “

FLASH

” et relâchez.

2.

Lorsqu’un appel en attente se fait entendre dans le combiné,
vous pouvez également raccrocher l’appel afin de prendre
l’appel en attente. Lorsque vous êtes déjà en communication
avec un interlocuteur, raccrochez cet appel pour prendre un
appel entrant. L’appel en cours est coupé et le téléphone sonne
pour vous permettre de répondre à l’autre appel, comme vous
le feriez normalement.

Voyant des nouveaux appels/messages en attente

Le voyant à DEL des nouveaux appels clignote dans la partie
supérieure droite de votre téléphone pour vous indiquer que les
nouveaux appels reçus sont prêts à être révisés. Le voyant à DEL des
nouveaux appels fonctionne également en tant qu’indication visuelle
de message en attente que contient votre boîte vocale. Si vous êtes
abonné(e) au service de la boîte vocale et que votre compagnie de
téléphone locale vous envoit un “signal visuel de message en attente
dans la boîte vocale”, le voyant à DEL clignotera pour vous alerter
que vous avez un ou plusieurs nouveaux messages dans la boîte
vocale que vous fournit la compagnie de téléphone.
