that the Product s defectve, pack the Product carefully (preferably n
ts orgnal packagng). Dsconnect the battery from the Product and
separately secure the battery n ts own separate packagng wthn the
shppng carton. The Product should nclude all parts and accessores
orgnally packaged wth the Product. Include evdence of orgnal
purchase and a note descrbng the defect that has caused you to return
