Problems Possible Solutions
Unit won’t power-on
•
Change to a charged battery.
•
Change to a new AAA alkaline (not
included)
•
Check the battery direction.
I can’t hear
•
Ensure the earpiece-mic is connected
properly.
•
Please use earpiece-mic that comes
with the unit.
•
Adjust the volume.
I can hear only from
one side of earpiece
speaker mic
•
Adjust L-R balance.
•
Please read through the Volume
Balance section.
There’s a lot of noise
and the voice seems
distorted.
•
Clean the ear caps.
•
Please read through the Maintenance
section.
There’s a howling
sound.
•
Ensure both earpiece mics are used.
•
Reduce volume.
•
Ensure you’ve chosen the most suitable
ear cap.
Red LED is blinking
•
Ensure the battery is charged.
•
Change to a new AAA alkaline battery
(not included).
Green LED is blinking
•
Ensure earpiece-mic is connected
properly.
•
Ensure you are using the earpiece-mic
that came with the unit.
