If you subscribe to Telecom

Call Return

service,

Call Return

allows you to call the last

number that called you, even if you didn’t answer the call.

To Use

Call Return

:

1.

Lift the handset.

2.

Press the Call Return button

3.

Follow the voice prompts - a message will let you know if the call was local or
national.

4.

Continue with the call or hang up.

Call Back

 lets your know when that busy

line is free.

To Use

Call Back

:

1.

When you dial a number and receive the engaged tone, or there is no answer
Hangup.

2.

Lift the handset.

3.

Press the Call Back button and wait for the confirmation tone.

4.

Hang up the phone.

5.

Your telephone will ring with a distinctive ring tone when the number you called is
free.

6.

Pickup the handset,  and wait for the call to be connected.

Call Waiting

service,

Call Waiting

 lets your know if you have

another call while you are already on the phone. Telecom

Call Waiting

sends you four

beeps when you have another call. If you do not want to be disturbed during a call, you
can temporarily

Suspend Call Waiting

.

To Use

 Call Waiting

:

1.

Press the Call Waiting button when you hear the four

 Call Waiting

 beeps.

The first call is placed on temporary hold and you are connected to the new call.

2.

Press the Call Waiting button to return to the first call and put the second call
on hold. You can alternate between the two calls as often as necessary.

Suspend Call Waiting

Before a call :

If you do not want to be interrupted during an important call, you can

 before you dial the telephone number.

Before making your call :

1.

Lift the handset.

3.

Dial the telephone number.

2.

Press the Suspend Call Waiting

button.

Call Waiting

 is turned off for this phone call only.

Call Waiting

 resumes when you hang up.
