Personalizing the Greeting
Your personal outgoing message or
greeting
can be between
seconds and 0 seconds long.
If you don't want to record a greeting, the system uses a pre-
recorded greeting:
Hello, no one is available to take your call. Please
leave a message after the tone.
After you record a greeting, you can switch between the pre-
recorded greeting to your personal greeting at any time.
Record a Personal Greeting
Access the answering system from any handset. Wait until the
system finishes its announcements, or press

Stop
)
to skip them.
Press

(RecNewGreeting)
.
Wait for the system to say "Record greeting," then begin speaking.
When you're finished, press

to stop recording. The system plays
back your new greeting.
To keep this greeting, press

. To re-record it, go back to step 2.
Switch Between the Two Greetings
Access the answering system from any handset. Wait until the
system finishes its announcements or press

to skip them.

play back the current greeting.

Delete Your Greeting
Switch to your personal greeting following the steps above, then press
