To use the alarm feature
You can set an alarm on each handset. You need to set the date and time
before using the alarm feature.

When the time on the handset reaches the time on the setting, the
handset sounds for 1 minute. (Other handsets and the base don’t ring.)

To stop the alarm tone, press any key on the handset.

When an alarm is set, the alarm icon ( ) appears on the display.

Voice message notification

You have to subscribe to a voice mail service to use these features.
If you have new messages in your voice mail box,
blinks on the display.
You can program your access number so you can get your messages at
the touch of a button.
To set up your voice mail access number
If you don't have the
access number
information, contact your service
provider.
1. Open the menu. Select
HS SETTINGS
Ö
VOICEMAIL
. (You have to
program the number separately for each handset.)
2. Enter your access number (up to 24 digits) exactly as you would dial it.
3. To confirm, press
MENU/OK
.
To get your messages
Press and hold the number key

to dial the access number.
