Before the start-up
Step 1: Bleed the hydraulic system:
Pull up the pump lever and turn it clockwise to
open the drain valve.
When the lifting arm is fully lowered, pump seve-
ral times with the pump lever to remove the ac-
cumulated air from the hydraulic system. Then
close the drain valve by turning the pump lever
to the left.
Step 2: Carry out a function test without load with the
floor jack. To do this, pump the floor jack up to
the maximum height and then lower it slowly. To
do this, open the drain valve.
- If the lifting arm cannot be pumped to the maxi-
mum height with a maximum of 7 pumping mo-

and place the front part of the floor jack at least
500 mm higher than the end part of the floor jack
(Fig. 7).

- Open the bleed valve and use the pump lever to
remove the collected air from the hydraulic sy-
stem by 4 full strokes.
- Lower the floor jack and place it in the horizontal
position. Close the bleed valve.
Step 4: Check all parts for integrity and proper function.

Operation
DANGER!
Danger to life due to falling of the load!
Falling loads can cause serious injury or death.
- Never exceed the specified maximum load stride.
- Never move the lifted load.
- Never work under the lifted load without this being
additionally secured by racks.
- At the point of attachment of the floor jack to the
load observe the instructions of the manufacturer
of the load.
- Distribute the weight centrally on the saddle of the
floor jack.
- Only lift loads with the floor jack on horizontal, level
and firm ground.
- For vehicles to be lifted, place the wheels straight
and block with sufficiently dimensioned wedges.
- Do not lift any persons individually or together with
the load.
- When leaving the workstation, lower the load if it is
not additionally secured with racks.
CAUTION!
Risk of crushing!
If improper work is carried out on the floor jack, there
is a risk of injury to fingers, hands and feet.
Use protective gloves!
Wear sagety boots!
Wear protective clothes!
NOTE!
- Operating personnel must be familiar with the ope-
ration und function of the floor jack and the safety
regulations pertaining to it.
- The operator is responsible for ensuring that all
operating personnel have had necessary training.
