Within 1 minute, the time increment or decrement
by every 5 seconds. Afterward, the time increment
or decrement by every 30 seconds.

Press and buttons to set the time (00:15~15:30).
Within 1 minute, the time increment or decrement
by every 10 seconds. Afterward, the time increment
or decrement by every 30 seconds.
