This machine is mainly used with water mixing paint types. Other type of paints and paint thinners contain
dangerous, explosive or corrosive chemicals.
Multi-stage centrifugal compressor.
•
This compressor is equipped with double-insulation to improve the operational safety. Your compressor
does not need to be grounded.
•
The power source voltage (wall outlet) must be the same as shown on the specification label of your machine.
•
The switch (4) must be in position 0.
•
Connect the power cable (3) to extension cable with minimum rating of 1,200 W.
•
Connect the hose (2) to the multi-stage compressor (1), see pic. 2.
Using your machine.
•
Read the safety instructions carefully.
•
Switch on the switch (4) to activate the diffuser (or the multi-stage compressor).
Type of paints and used materials.
•
This Easy painter machine may be used with paints with viscosity between 10 - 35 (35 DIN-S).
•
Higher viscosity paints may be used ONLY with water diluted paints designed for OUTER AND INNER
WALL painting applications. THE QUALITY AND TYPE OF THE PAINT PLAY A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE
IN THE FINAL RESULTS.
The important and most common viscosity values are shown below:
•
Filling agent
10 - 20 no dilution
•
Organic paint
15 - 35 no dilution
•
Two- component paint, oil based paint
20 - 35
see the manufacturer instructions
•
•
Paint manufactures usually specify the dilute ratio in %: it is usually true for brush and roll-on painting jobs.
paint must be diluted (before diluting the entire paint container, test the dilute ratio with small amount of paint).
Viscosity
•
Viscosity is a technical term, telling you how thin or how thick the paint consistency is. In the first case the
viscosity is low and in the other case the viscosity is high.
•
Viscosity is measured in seconds.
•
Fill the supplied viscosity meter (6) with the paint, as seen on pic. 1 and observe and record how long it
will take for the paint to run out.
•
The measured value is the viscosity value expressed in DIN-S.
Paint preparation
•
Shake well.
•
Use a wooden stick for mixing.
•
OPERATION
Pour the paint in the paint tank of the spraying pistol (92) till it reaches 3/4 of the maximum tank volume.
If the paint is used in spray gun the percentage must be higher. It is good idea to tell the paint manufacturer /
(ranges between 5 - 50%).
See the manufacturer instructions regarding the type and the amount of required paint thinner in %
supplier that you will use his product in HVLP spraying pistol (High volume and low pressure). In such case the

Changing the tank seal (88) and (86):
•
Unscrew the hexagonal nut (90).
•
Remove the cover (89), located below the nut.
•
Remove the seal (88).
CAUTION: during the assembly of the cover, make sure the position of the seal (86) is correct.
