Transferring Files: on a PC
1. Run “Windows
®
Explorer” from the Task Bar.
2. Using the USB cable, connect the player to a USB port
on your computer.
3. Open the new “Removable Disk” folder under “This
PC” in the left sidebar.
4. Copy files to the “Removable Disk” folder in the order
in which you want them to play.
5. In the left sidebar, right-click the “Removable Disk”
folder and select “Eject” from the menu.
6. Wait until the computer confirms a safe ejection
before you unplug the USB cable.
7. Player turns off by itself when unplugged.
8. Swimbuds mp3 device plays songs in the order in
which they are loaded from computer.
Transferring Files: on a Mac
®
1. Run “Finder
®
” from the Dock.
2. Using the USB cable, connect the player to a USB
port on your computer.
3. Open the new “Untitled” folder that appears
under “Devices” in the left sidebar.
4. Copy files to the “Untitled” folder in the order in
which you want them to play.
5. Click the “Eject” icon next to “Untitled” in the left
sidebar.
6. Wait until the “NO NAME” folder disappears
before you unplug the USB cable.
7. Player turns off by itself when unplugged.

in which they are loaded from computer.

Charging the Player
1. Make sure the headphones are COMPLETELY
dry, then fully clasp the 4-pin charger to the
charging plates on the headphones.
2. Plug the USB end of the charger cable into the
USB port on your computer or wall-charger unit.
There will be a solid red LED light when charging.
3. Charge for about 1 hour, you will see a solid red
light, light will go off when fully charged.
4. The player turns off by itself when unplugged.
PLEASE NOTE: Charging for longer than 3
hours at a time can cause damage to the
device’s battery. Red light turns off when
fully charged.
TIP:
To conserve battery life, turn off the player
when you are done. If playing, it will run until out
of charge. If paused, it will turn off in 3 minutes.
If the light is blinking, the player is running.

Troubleshooting
Player does not turn on
1. Make sure the battery is charged. Red light will
be off when fully charged.
2. Connect to computer and check for response.
(LEDs will light up if computer recognizes device).
No sound is heard
1. Turn up volume (press/hold volume up button).
2. Make sure the audio file format is supported.
(
MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, and WAV)
3. Check if files play correctly on computer.
Files do not transfer
1. Make sure the player is correctly connected to
the computer (LED should be glowing).
2. Check on computer if there is enough memory
available on the player to store the files.
Light is on, but buttons do not respond
1. Turn off player and reset (press and hold the
Play/Pause button for 8 seconds).
2. Turn on the player and check for response.
