Find Phone: This helps to find the device it is connected to/paired with.

SMS Alert: Displays the heading of a new SMS on the screen of the tracker.

Auto-Heart Rate: Measures heart rate automatically if switched on.

Heart Rate Zone: Enables setting of different heart rate zones including: Peak Exercise, Cardio and
Fat Burning.

Device Upgrade: From here, the device firmware can be updated. It should arrive with the latest
firmware.

Unbind: Enable the un-pairing of device if no longer required
Health Target Settings:
From the main dashboard of the Veryfit for Heart Rate App, tap on “User” (at the bottom right corner).
Then tap on “Target Setting” to display this page:
Set the Sports (Steps) target and the Sleep Target and tap the tick (circled above) to save the settings.
