The volume difference

1.Please try to blow the sound port of the lower sound earbud;
2.After connecting the earbuds to the phone, adjust to the
maximum volume; play the most shocking music of the DJ;let
the earbud stay for a while;
3.Clean the earphone speakers:First remove the eartips;Check
if dirty object blocking the earphone speaker; Use a cotton
swab/wet tissue paper to clean the dirty object gently for the
speaker . After cleaning put back the eartips again;
4.Remove the eartips,please tear off the both soundfilter webs,
then put back the eartips.
1. Delete all the connected Bluetooth devices on the phone,
turn off the phone’s Bluetooth, and reset the earphones for the
factory settings;
2. Make sure that the distance between the phone and the
earphones is within the effective range of 10 meters;
3. Remove objects like magnetic objects that interfere with
Bluetooth signals.
1.change a new type C cable.
2.Wipe the metal charging contacts of the earphones and
charging case pins with a sharp object;
3.Use your fingernail to push the charging points of the
earphones and the charging case pins to make them rebound.
1.Go to the bluetooth of the phone, click ignore the connected
“UMI W5S Earphones”;
2.Restore the earphones to the factory setting and repair with
each other;
3.Search for “UMI W5S Earphones”and click it for connection.
1.Turn on the bluetooth of the phone, delete all the connected
bluetooth devices;
2.Turn off the bluetooth of the phone;
3.Turn on the bluetooth again and Search for “UMI W5S
Earphones”and click it for connection.
